Please review your owners documentation and become familiar with the drum module you are using. All Hart Dynamics drum sets come with trigger settings and cable diagrams for most popular drum modules. The links below also contain this information.

If you are having technical difficulty, most technical support issues can be solved by:
1. Testing your cable.
Plug your cable in to another trigger device and/or channel on the sound module.
2. Make sure you are using a TRS (stereo) cable for dual trigger instruments.
3. Check cable configuration link to make sure you are plugging your instrument in to the proper inputs.
4. Review OPTIMUM SETTINGS charts (below).
Most triggering issues may be solved by simply choosing the proper drum "Pad Type" in the trigger settings section of your module. We have also provided additional settings for optimal operation.
